Data & Privacy

Where Zoharlink stores tool information and how you can export or remove it.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Your working data stays local

Supported Zoharlink tools save the information you create in your browser's local storage on the device you are using. It is not automatically synced to Zoharlink servers or between your devices.

This local-first design applies to working records such as invoices, customer and item information, finance records, notes and tool settings unless a future feature clearly tells you that a different storage method is being used.

Backups are your responsibility

Where a tool offers export or backup, use it regularly for records you cannot afford to lose. Browser resets, clearing site data, device loss, private-browsing rules or browser storage limits can remove local data, and Zoharlink cannot recover information that never reached our servers.

Moving data

Where supported, export a backup or document and keep it in a location you control. You may then import a compatible backup on another browser or device. Exported files are handled by your device and the storage destination you choose.

Deleting local data

You can remove local Zoharlink data using the tool's own delete/reset controls where available or by clearing site data in your browser. Browser-level deletion can remove all local records at once and cannot be undone without a backup.

Analytics is separate from tool content

If you allow optional analytics, Zoharlink may measure page visits and coarse product actions. Analytics is deliberately separated from the contents of your local records. User-entered invoice, customer, transaction, note, CSV, PDF and backup content must not be included in Analytics event payloads.

Future accounts or cloud sync

If optional accounts, cloud storage or sync are introduced later, those features will be clearly labelled and the privacy information will be updated before launch. Existing local-first tools will not silently start uploading their contents as part of such a change.
