Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use Zoharlink.
Last updated: 29 August 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Zoharlink, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from the site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Zoharlink provides
Zoharlink provides digital utilities, calculators, document tools, information, articles and discovery content. Many tools are local-first and operate in your browser without an account.
Features may be experimental, added, changed, paused or removed as the platform develops. We do not promise that every feature will remain available forever.
Permitted use
You may use Zoharlink for lawful personal and business purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, interfere with the service or overload its infrastructure.
- Do not use the tools to create fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or rights-infringing documents or content.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code or automated traffic that harms the service or other users.
- You are responsible for checking the accuracy, legality and suitability of any document, calculation or output before relying on it.
Your content and local data
You keep ownership of information and materials you enter into the tools. Zoharlink does not claim ownership of your invoices, customer records, finance records, notes or other user-created business content.
Because local-first data stays on your device, you are responsible for backups and for protecting access to your device and exported files. We cannot recover data that was never uploaded to us.
Intellectual property
The Zoharlink name, branding, site design, original software, text and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform or its source materials to you.
Third-party names, trademarks, images or services remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links, affiliates and advertising
Zoharlink may link to third-party websites, products or services. Some links may be affiliate links or sponsored placements, which means Zoharlink may receive compensation if you take an action through the link. Any material commercial relationship will be disclosed where appropriate.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and pricing. Zoharlink is not responsible for their content or performance.
No professional advice
Calculators, templates, articles and other content are general tools and information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial or other regulated professional advice. Laws, rates and requirements vary by location and change over time. Obtain qualified advice where necessary.
Availability and warranties
Zoharlink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zoharlink is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of locally stored data, reliance on a calculation or document, or use of a third-party link or service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms when the platform or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears above. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, users, third parties or legal compliance.
